So Yuma and I are finally getting married in the spring of this year!

It's actually been organised for a while now, and we sent out invitations a bit back, but I've been a bit too busy with organising it, plus running my business, to remember to post about it here.

We ended up picking a place in Heartland for the event. It has a nice, large, outdoor patio area we'll be using, but it's covered by a roof so hopefully weather won't be an issue. I've also been working closely with the venue, and with Yuya, for organising the reception party.

It's really been a lot more work than I was expecting, and a lot more expensive than I thought, but even with some of the setbacks we've had, we're finally almost there!

I take it you two had a bit of trouble last year? I think you were aiming for plans last year?

Yes, we were originally aiming for last year, but it was a combination of a few plans falling through and needing to save up for other things, so we decided to just delay it by a year.

Ah, that's always fun. I know the problem, as I have/had a few side-projects on the boiler.

Yeah. It was in mailbox along with a ton of ads.

Shiroko's got lost a bit, I think, though.

Huh, wonder what happened to Shiroko-san's invitation.

I'll send her another one out and hope that turns up. If it doesn't, then it's fine. I'll make sure she's on the guest list either way.

Probably just fuzziness with her work and living situation, it's a lot of really arbitrary stuff.

Do you need any other help with setting things up at the venue, when the time comes?

Oh, yes! Any help setting the venue up for the big day will be really appreciated!
The venue itself is handling the catering, but Yuya is completely in charge of handling the decorations, so I'm sure we'll need what help we can in setting all that up.

Well you've obviously got to think about what kind of music you want at the wedding and then the reception, too! Have you given any thoughts about that?

I have been thinking about it, though I hadn't really settled on anything yet, but I think you'd definitely be the best person to discuss it with and help organise it!

Just as a reminder, each invitation does allow a +1 if the person wishes. So you can bring Ruri along if you want to. Just mention if you're bringing someone along when you respond to the invitation.
