So... I'm still really new to this whole 'having a demon form' thing, so... hm...
Is it normal to have that form sort of... change in appearance over time? Yuma and I started noticing it about a month ago, just little things at first, but there's been more and more changes gradually and now it's completely different to what it used to be.
I don't feel it's a bad thing and there's been no weird fluctuations with my abilities. Yuma suggested that maybe the changes are happening because I'm becoming more comfortable with that side of myself and more confident with using my abilities while in it, due to the practise and training I've done.
I'm mostly just curious about this and wanted to see if anyone with any experience or knowledge on this would know anything.

*You can find Kotori either at a cafe in Domino City, or hanging out at the Domino City Plaza! You can come across her randomly, or maybe you had plans you meet up with her. Either way she's here for some interaction!*

Re: [Event]
*he's about to snap out, definitely, before he realizes it's someone he recognizes... and admittedly would feel worse about yelling at, so he tries to tamper down on his temper. Initiate "don't get involved" mode.*
I'll live. Don't worry about me.
Re: [Event]
*Kotori lets out a small sigh. She wasn't going to force him to talk about what was bothering him, but at the very least she can offer the opportunity.*
Alright, but if it's something you'd like to talk about at all, I'm happy to hear you out.
*Kotori really gives out a huge big sister/mom energy.*
Re: [Event]
It's nothing to talk about. Really. Not like you'd need anything piling onto your own life.
Re: [Event]
*It sure didn't look like nothing.*
It's fine. I'm offering because I want to help, even if it's just listening to you.
But I won't force you to talk about it if you don't want to.
*She gives him a reassuring smile.*
Re: [Event]
Talking won't help. And I sure wouldn't want Tsukumo to end up catching wind of this, either.
*... he might be more worried about Yuma getting involved than specifically talking to you.*
Re: [Event]
*She makes a nod in agreement, understanding that he probably doesn't want to get Yuma involved and they BOTH know that he would, whatever this is.*
If it's something you don't want Yuma to know, I wouldn't tell him, but I understand the concern.
I know Yuma has a habit of... getting involved with things.
Re: [Event]
*he acts dismissive, but...*
You really won't blab about this to him, right? This is just between you and me if I even say anything.
Cause if he comes yelling about doing something or another about it, I'll know who to blame.
Re: [Event]
I promise. If you tell me anything, I won't let him know. You have my word.
*She does feel like she's a person who keeps her word and is quite trustworthy.*
Re: [Event]
But, you know what, you're earnest at least, and he might at least be able to keep his cool around you.*
... I've been blocked from getting into tournaments.
Re: [Event]
*She rightly looks shocked and concerned at this.*
Blocked from tournaments?
Why did they block you?
Re: [Event]
... And I mean, really, I have no clue. It'd have been one thing if it was one or two places, but it's been almost every tournament I've tried to join outside of the SJL's sponsored stuff in the past several months now.
And everytime they give me the same basic "we've had to reject your application" blanket statement. I've even asked each place before why after a while, but I'd get no response out of them.
Re: [Event]
So they've given you no reason at all?
As far as I'm aware, you do incredibly well at the SJL, so it's not like they're rejecting you on performance.
This seems incredibly fishy to me. As if somehow you have a black mark against your name somewhere that's making them reject, but if that's the reason, then the question is what the black mark is for and how it got there.
Re: [Event]
... There's one thing, but that thing shouldn't have even mattered anymore.
Re: [Event]
Hmn. What is that one thing? If you're comfortable telling me, that is.
Re: [Event]
I got all the charges cleared with Rio's help, though. And even the Headmaster went and backed us up on it. So it shouldn't even matter.
Re: [Event]
Hmn. So the question is what's causing the tournaments to reject you.
Is there anyway to find out if there's been any kind of bad mark placed on you? Maybe someone at the SJL could try and help you find out? What's the name of the guy who runs it...
... Edo Phoenix... I think? Could he help?
Re: [Event]
Bet someone has some stupid grudge against me. *he seems to wave it off a little, even though it clearly still bugs him* It's not like I'm exactly the most sociable person around.
Re: [Event]
Re: [Event]
I'll figure it out, even if I do have to end up talking to the SJL... But I don't want them turning around and deciding that "black mark" is right.
Re: [Event]
As I said, I won't be telling Yuma any of this, but he has been looking into and applying for tournaments outside of the SJL himself and I'll warn you that he may get suspicious that something is up if he notices you aren't at any of them.
