Well, it looks like Yuma got the message. He's clean shaven once again.
He was a little bummed out about it at first. I guess it's something he's always kind of wanted, but I talked it through with him. We agreed that he should try again when he's in his mid-twenties or so and we can see what it looks like then. At least by then it'll be growing through fully.
I'm not opposed to him having a beard in the future. It'd take some getting used to, but I'm hoping it'll look a lot better on him then.
But for now I just feel it's a little too early.
In other news, my 19th birthday is next week.
Seems kind of surreal that I'll be 20 next year.

Have any other incidents come up, Miss Mizuki?

Ah, no, there hasn't. I've been trying to replicate the butterflies, but I haven't had any luck with that so far.
Although it's out of the realm of knowledge for the person I've been working with at SAI, they recommended that if I felt unusually stressed or upset, I should maybe try and focus those feelings and energy into a particular spot, like cupping my hands together and seeing it I can control how they form, but they aren't feelings I've had recently.
I tried doing it without it anyway and with no results.

... Just a strange question, don't heed it too much, but. How do you feel about insects like butterflies, anyway?

I think they're very beautiful creatures. It's fascinating how they change in their lifetime, from a small caterpillar to a fully flourished butterfly.
In some way, I find it rather inspiring.

Hmmn. I think it depends on the insect. I guess I find a lot of them rather irritating at times, like flies or mosquitoes for example, and things like maggots really make my skin crawl. I'm not hugely keen on things like spiders either.
So I guess I'm not a huge fan of a lot of insects in general.
But then, I don't mind things like butterflies and ladybugs.
